Clothing Center at MPC
Down the stairs, through the door, make a left and your in the Clothing Center at Morrisville Presbyterian Church. Open on Tuesday's from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm during the regular church year between September and May, you will always find a warm welcome from one of the Clothing Center staff and Dot Scheidenmantel, the Coordinator.
This little jewel of a shop tucked away in the MPC basement sells very good quality donated clothing and household goods, including games, stuffed animals, and dolls for children, the Clothing Center generated nearly $10,000 in support for various local missions last year.
There are many surprising finds in the Clothing Center. From evening dresses and matching handbags, to jewelry, table lamps and children's tables and chairs, the Clothing Center has carried it all. The nice part about it is that these donated goods come from folks who have out grown clothes or household goods that are frequently duplicated purchases - (Now why did I buy two toasters again?)
So come on in and browse. The prices are fair and the quality is very good. And if you'd like to make a donation, call Pastor Trent Hancock at (215)–295–4191. We appreciate all or the help you can give.
