MPC Welcomes New Members
Interested in MPC?
Morrisville Presbyterian Church is part of the body of Christ seeking to do God’s will – and we would rejoice in your joining us in mission and ministry.
If you visit us on a Sunday morning, you will find worship that is both traditional and creative. Children’s and Youth Sundays are highlights in the church year, and children are valued worship leaders, singing once a month. In addition to our usual organ prelude and choir anthem, you will hear handbell teams as well as youth instrumentalists and vocalists. Quarterly Taizé services at MPC offer a contemplative way of praising God.
Being Presbyterian, we believe that:
“in Christian worship, the people of God hear the Word proclaimed, receive the Word enacted in Sacrament, discover the Word in the world, and are sent to follow the Word into the world,” Book of Order W-1.1003.
The Lord’s Supper is celebrated once a month – the table is open to all who are baptized. The invitation to the table is Christ’s: "Come."
Our Education for All (9:30 am – 10:20 am) allows adults and children alike to spend time in God’s Word.
One glance at our church calendar shows that MPC is a vibrant community of followers of Jesus Christ, sharing the good news, and feeding his sheep. MPC is a family of many different people with many different backgrounds and life experiences, brought together in service because of their love of the Lord. Please explore the Outreach, Music & Arts, Youth & Families, Education, and life-in-the-church community offerings described throughout this website. It is our hope that, should you feel God drawing you here to a place where you can lend your time, talent, and tithe to these efforts, in Christ’s name.
Is MPC where God is calling you and your family? Visit us any time. All are welcome.
