Children's Education
Many parents “return” to church because of their children, and many single parents seek a church family with which to share God’s love. No matter what the reason for bringing your family here to MPC, all are welcomed with open arms and Christ's love.
Sunday morning church school runs from 9:30-10:20 a.m., the MPC "Education Hour for All." Afterwards, the children are invited to participate in worship with their families. Of course we provide Nursery School and baby sitting hosted by church volunteers for those children who are not yet comfortable sitting through an hour of worship. Sunday morning teachers work to provide a welcoming atmosphere and interactive lessons.
We here at MPC take pride in our Children's Education Program. All children, pre-school to 5th grade, use the PC(USA) We Believe curriculum, which is a well-proven and up to date education curriculum designed for children.
